Short tutorial on how to use OnTime5D plugin

In the video below, you will be able to see how you can make a simple animation with OnTime5D plugin for Sketchup. In this video, we will first create couple of 3D objects in Sketchup, then we will connect 3D objects with schedule made with OnTime software (found on Then we just specify duration of animation and then play or animate it.

    really like the idea’s behiond your 5d in skup…however the download ruby does not give the options as shown in your demo.

    plugin is just ontim5D no extra optiosn such as shown in the demo tutorial.

    Is there a more recent version available please.

      which options didn’t you get? If you didn’t get the expenses data (graph of costs during construction), you have to add them in the scheduler (tab Expenses).

    hey.. thanks for the promt reply. A username would be great. can you make it to 3dVisualAZ? Thanks a lot.

    What I meant by how to make a new schedule is that I don’t know how to access it after I create one. In other words, I go to, create the schedule under new project and then don’t know how to recover it when I open the plugin. What do I have to do to add it to the list of Project names?

    I really appreciate your help.

      When you add a new project the new project should become visible in the OnTime5D plugin.
